WebSounds like one of your mods is conflicting with another mod. This can happen especially if you are using a bunch of spell mods and one mod is trying to change the UI or something, or has an effect that overwrites something another mod is using. If you wanna post your mod list maybe something will pop out right away as the conflict culprit.
