Chirp won't upload to baofeng
WebI have a few repeaters I put into my radio using CHIRP. It has all of the offsets and PL tones setup in CHIRP and everything uploaded correctly. But when I go through the menu the offset always shows "000.000". Even if I manually go in and put in an offset and save it, it reverts back to "000.000". Any idea what I am screwing up? Thanks!
