Web#1 taxis are mostly called/ussed in leisure districts. each type of building district got its own usage, leisure most other less. #2 taxis are called when there is no other good bus/metro passenger system. if you got a good network of buslines/metros no CIM call a cap. they definitly prefer metro over bus and bus over taxi/ own car/ own bicicyle. WebI plopped a regular taxi depot in at one point and it didnt do anything either for five days (x3 speed). I got rid of it after that, and the tram line in the background is currently the only working transit option, with 200 passengers a week in a 6k population city.
