Cities skylines water dam not operating
WebSep 7, 2015 · Hi there, I've just started playing this game, and have built a water drain pipe. It says 'not operating', even though I have connected it to my water pump and connected it to my wind power. I've googled this problem for about ten minutes and tried the suggestions I've found, including deleting the pipe and readding it, but nothing has worked.
