They seem to have a nice little scam going on - covering up a tiny scratch on the wheel trim using grease, then revealing it when you return the car; and charging a rediculous amount of money to 'fix the damage'... On arrival the staff were rude and refused my bill for proof of address. I offered to print another from my phone as I use ebanking and ebills.
